Air Dryer & Spares

A compressed air dryer is used for removing water vapor from compressed air. Compressed air dryers are commonly found in a wide range of industrial and commercial facilities. Excessive water in compressed air, in either the liquid or vapour phase, can cause a variety of operational problems for users of compressed air. These include freezing of outdoor air lines, corrosion in piping and equipment, malfunctioning of pneumatic process control instruments, fouling of processes and products, and more.

Water vapor is removed from compressed air to prevent condensation from occurring and to prevent moisture from interfering in sensitive industrial processes. The Air Dryers, offered by us, comprise Heatless Air Dryer and Refrigerated Air Dryer. Air Dryers are offered at a cost-effective price appreciated worldwide. There are various types of compressed air dryers. Their performance characteristics are typically defined by the dew point.

Special Features of Air Dryers

  • Dew point as low as -80 Deg. C
  • Easy to install & maintain
  • Visual Display of drying and regeneration cycles.
  • With suitable Pre & Post Filter of Advance make the residual particles will be less than 0.01 micron, with oil content of 0.01 ppm or less & moisture content of 0.0028 grams the best achievable.
  • Dryer is single skid mounted which can be readily hooked to inlet and outlet connections at site.
  • Thermostatic Valve is provided in place of capillary tube to ensure steady dew point under all load conditions. Air to Air heat exchanger with copper tube for better efficiency of result.
  • Refrigerated dryers are equipped with liquid gas separator for a smoother running of compressor.
  • Optional high efficiency micro filter installed with dryer ensures almost 100% oil separation and enhances the life of the desiccant and equipment.
  • Dryers can be supplied up to 55 Deg. C inlet temperature and at 0 to 100 % rated capacity.
  • Dryers are also available in CFC free eco-friendly.
