Auto Drain Valve

Valve is a mechanical flow control device which uses to control liquid or gases, air flowing passes through it. It is open when the ball’s hole is in line with the flow inlet and closed when it is pivoted / closed by the valve handle or wheel blocking the flow. It’s available in Carbon Steel, Cast Iron and Bronze Material Manufacturing Gate Valve, Globe Valve, NRV, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve etc.

Condensate needs to be drained at many places in compressed air lines in the industry. If condensate (Sludged-water dust-oil) is not drained frequently at regular intervals it can go into the line and spoil the costly equipments. To avoid manual draining and human error, auto draining system becomes essential. These systems drain out condensate automatically without shutting down. Thus, saving costly machines and equipments from getting damaged.

These auto drains include timer operated, mechanical float type,motorized ball valve operated, Zero air loss etc. We also provide air leak detectors, condensate cleaners and air savers etc.
